We have experienced steady growth over the past 5 years and are looking to add to our team of project managers.

We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within time and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong construction expertise working on projects with a significant amount of self-performed work and the ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

· Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.

· Monitor project progress and ensure that it adheres to schedules and budgetary guidelines.

· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

· Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project.

· Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements. 

· Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

· Prepare and present progress reports and other updates to stakeholders.

· Review plans and specifications for verification that work is being completed as specified.

· Oversee the bid process for both negotiated and hard-bid projects.

· Clarify scope requirements both internal and external.

· Generate proposal letters to present to project owners

· Manage the submittal process.

· Develop and maintain project budgets throughout the design process.

· Prepare a complete and detailed bid sheet for review by company stakeholders prior to presenting to customers.

· Assist with scheduling of self-perform labor on assigned projects.

· Develop skills using estimating and project management software.

· Develop, monitor and continuously update project budgets using our accounting software.

· Review and approve labor, material, invoices and sub-contractor pay applications.

· Provide weekly updates to company stakeholders on assigned projects relating to budget and schedule milestones.
